About me
Born and bred in Hong Kong, I moved to London in 2011 to pursue an education and a career in the creative industries.
I spent nearly a decade working in marketing for some incredible arts organisations, including the Royal Court Theatre, Almeida Theatre, and Jacksons Lane.
My passion for content strategy and creation grew across those years, and I decided to move into the third sector in 2020 to specialise in the field, working for Battersea Dogs and Cats Home and the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO).
My 15-year career has given me the breadth and depth to think strategically and deliver hands-on, and I now bring that same range to organisations as a freelance content strategist, creative producer, and marketing consultant.
My approach
I always start with a clear brief: who the audience is, what they need from us, and what we want them to do. From there, I design a campaign or strategy, and create content that resonates and mobilises. I often take a test-and-learn approach, running small experiments and iterating the process based on what works and what needs to change.
People I've worked with describe me as creative, considered, and highly organised. I ask the right questions, find the right solutions, and deliver strong results.
